Customized Hiring - Premium Plan (Annual Plan)
Terms & Conditions
One candidate hiring as per the clients requirement will be done by our team, contract papers for the same will be created and 1 year service will be provided as per terms mentioned below.
Company Charges:
Our charges for the placement of the staff is (one month salary or Rs 15,000/-)+18% GST per candidate whichever is higher.
If it is part time candidate placement and the salary of the candidate is less than Rs 5000/-, our charges are Rs 6500/-.+ GST This is a one time fee you need to pay us at the beginning of contract. This amount paid to us cannot be adjusted with the candidate’s salary.
Types of Staff being hired:
The types of hiring supported are full day / 24hr hrs / night shift /part time hiring of House maid, Baby Sitter, Elderly care, Cooks, All rounders or someone who will do combination of the above mentioned roles.
Interview and On Boarding Process:
The interview will be arranged on a video call or telephonically, only selected candidates will be sent for joining. We do not provide trials. If the candidate is hired from another city the commute charges need to be borne by the client.
Replacement Policy:
Replacement period of the staff will be 6 months. We give you 3 replacements for the same. In case anymore replacements are needed, than the client can avail the same at a nominal fees for Rs 3500/- + GST during the contract period.
Salary Policy:
The candidate monthly salary can be paid directly to the candidate or to Staffurs as agreed at the time of contract. If the candidate leaves because salary is not paid or not paid on time than Staffurs has a right to not send replacements.
Criminal Policy:
Staffurs is not responsible for any crime may that be civil or criminal. You are requested to set up a safety protocol for your premises.
Safety Policy:
Document verification and background verification of the candidate is included in the contract. Police verification can also be arranged at additional charges. Candidates cannot be harassed, abused or exploited mentally, physically, commercially or emotionally. If the candidate leaves because he/ she has been harassed then, we have a right to not send replacements.
Refund Policy:
Team Staffurs is dedicated to leave son stone unturned to solve customer requirements and find the best match. Domestic staff are always needed. If for any reason you decide to discontinue with our services, the balance amount credit note will be issued after applicable deductions for next time use.
E.g. If the Candidate works for 2 months and Leaves, than 2 months of the contract amount _ 4999 ( Service Fee) + applicable GST will be deducted and credit note for the rest all amount will be issued for the client. The credit note will be issued only after the payment of the maid/ staff's salary.
While every effort is made by Staffurs to introduce satisfactory candidates to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before hiring them. Staffurs will assist and help at all steps of the facilitation process.
