Transparency in our fees and policies is a core value at Staffurs. This page states the Refund Policy under which you may use Staffurs.com, an on-line service.

1) Service Fee Refunds: Service fees paid to Staffurs for facilitation and verification are generally non-refundable once the background check process has initiated. However, if no candidate is presented within 15 working days, a partial refund may be requested.

2) Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your request before we initiate the matching process, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the service fee.

3) Replacement vs. Refund: We prioritize providing a free replacement as per our guarantee policy. If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a credit towards future services.

4) Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
